These terms apply when you use the Cathund Global Learning website, the learner portal and our online courses. By creating an account or enrolling on a programme you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Cathund Global Learning provides professional training, continuing education and workforce development programmes online, in partnership with universities, professional bodies and training institutions.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must confirm your email address before you can enrol.
3. Enrolment and payment
- Prices are shown for each programme level. Learners in Nigeria pay in naira (NGN) and everyone else pays in US dollars (USD), based on the country of residence you choose at sign-up.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your card details.
- Your enrolment starts once your payment is confirmed. Free programmes have no enrolment fee; an optional certificate fee applies only if you want a certificate.
4. Learning and certificates
- Courses are delivered on our online learning platform with your own login.
- Certificates are issued when you meet the programme requirements. Each certificate has a verification code that anyone can check on our website.
- We may revoke a certificate obtained through misconduct or in error.
5. Acceptable use
Do not share your login, copy course materials for distribution, submit work that is not your own, or interfere with the platform or other learners.
6. Refunds
If something has gone wrong with your enrolment or payment, contact us and we will review your request fairly and promptly.
7. Changes
We may update programmes, prices and these terms. Changes do not affect enrolments that are already paid for. We will show the date of the latest version on this page.
